How does it work?

Made Headway can take on almost any software project on your behalf. Here is how it works-

You can offer tailored software development as one of your core services or just on request from customers
On receipt of a lead, you would contact us and we would arrange a joint meeting or telephone conference between yourselves, Made Headway and the customer
Made Headway employees at all times work as Associates of your company, so as far as the customer is concerned, it is an extra service you provide
Depending on the customer and project, we would either draw up requirements and a specification from the meeting or take on a specification
When complete, this along with a costing would be sent on to you to apply branding (if necessary) and submit to the client
Where the customer requests training, we will again offer this under your company's banner
On acceptance, you invoice the client and we invoice you for the amount less an agreed percentage commission (around 25%)
Flexible payment terms can be adopted such that we are always paid after the customer pays
We can optionally offer a service contract per-customer (again with you taking commision) or globally for all applications created though your organisation for an annual fee
